Sarah started in touring and rep theatre in 2001, and has worked in a variety of roles on and off stage since.

Her favourite theatre roles include Catherine in The Nightmare Room (Tour), Alice in Snake in the Grass, Carla Blackstock in The Black Veil (Tour), Nancy in Death By Fatal Murder, Peggy in The Ghost Train, Ysabel in Mort, The Woman in a two person adaptation of The Turn of the Screw, Millie in Murderer (Tour), Jim Hawkins in a madcap four person adaptation of Treasure Island, Emmy in The 11th Hour (Tour), The Stripper in The Graduate (Tour), Woman in The Masque of The Red Death (Tour), Nurse Paisley in Mindgame (Tour and The Ambassador Theatre, London).

More recently, Sarah toured as Bertha in Hedda, a new adaptation of Hedda Gabler with Here To There Productions; and played Adelaide in The Mysterious Mr Love at The Haymarket, Basingstoke, and as part of the Nottingham, Theatre Royal Thriller Season.

Last autumn, Sarah played Raina in a tour of Arms and the Man for Rumpus Theatre Company, and she's currently playing in The Comedy of Terrors and The Ripper Files! for Rumpus.

Outside of theatre, Sarah has co-produced several independent short films and enjoys collaborating with fellow indy filmmakers in the East Midlands. IMDB credits include Annabel Blair in The Baylock Residence (2016), Rita Jackson in Crispy's Curse (2016), Florence Taylor in The Children of Darkwood House (2021), and Mary in Tales of The Creeping Death (2021).

She lives in rural Leicestershire with two very scruffy dogs, two kayaks, far too many power tools, and one very tolerant husband!
